Associate Director: Raimondo Genna

Raimondo Genna directed Stone Soup Theatre Company's critically acclaimed inaugural production: Death and the Maiden by Ariel
Dorfman and came back to Stone Soup to direct Echoes by N. Richard Nash. Mr. Genna received his Master's degree from SDSU
and is working toward his Ph.D. in Theatre at UCSD. He began his theatre career as an actor, performing such roles as Alan
Strang in Peter Shaffer's
Equus and Malvolio in Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, but found his passion in directing. His directing
credits include
All My Sons by Arthur Miller at UCSD, Charles Kray's A Thing of Beauty, Tennessee Williams’ Talk to Me Like the
Rain and Let Me Listen
, Harold Pinter's One for the Road, Tom Stoppard's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead and William
Shakespeare's
Macbeth at SDSU. He also worked as the Assistant Director on The Weir at the Old Globe Theatre.
